With Costafiore Gardens - a Dutch-Spanish project - 28 modern apartments and 7 penthouses with 2 to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will be created on an estate in the up-and-coming community of Arroyo Enmedio in the southwest of Estepona.
The apartments and penthouses, ranging in size from 89.40 to 137.43 square metres, have an open-plan kitchen, living room and terraces in addition to the bedrooms, and are distributed over three buildings with different facilities.
You can choose from three different types of apartments (type 1, type 2, type 3), which differ in terms of their location in the building, the number of square metres and the size of the terraces.
